They have been jointly developed e.g. with Metso Paper (formerly Valmet) as one of the world’s leading paper machine manufacturers as well as with several leading shipyards. Though the applications are different, the solution is identical – developed for customer profitability.

DCP100 opens a new era in the dimensional control of large scale steel assemblies, such as shipbuilding and bridge construction. To fully benefit from its capabilities, you
- Import design data (DXF format) into the Modeller and model the structure as in reality – automatically defining and creating objects with its parameters such as surfaces (e.g. decks, stiffeners ) joints, points for the as-built survey.
- Exchange both measured and design data between DCP100 and DCP05, levels and manual input as well as analyse and report the as-built structure in the Analyser
- Simulate the joining of structures in the Simulator and reporting of assembly figures such as burning map and welding gap between sections.
